Description

Machine built with a four-column structure for guiding the two moving plates. The compression unit is electric and located on the upper side of the machine. The lower part consists of a movable shelf, electrically controlled, used to adjust the volume of the compression chamber. Position control through an encoder and redundant optical scales, combined with force control via load cell, ensure precision and production stability — all managed by proprietary software operating with artificial intelligence. The machine provides exceptional flexibility in the design and management of work cycles, with the ability to simulate counterpressure. The system can handle fully automatic work cycles with self-adjustment capability to guarantee product uniformity according to user-defined parameters. The control system is managed by a motion control board communicating with a PLC/CNC and a corresponding 15″ operator panel.
