Description
Automatic equipment for the granding of non-woven wheels. this automatic machine grinds non-woven wheels whose maximum diameter is 250mm and maximum length is 700mm (wheels are in a side by side configuration). Grinding is performed be means of a diamond blade whose diameter is 300mm and width is 20mm; it is specifically shaped to perform the grinding activity. Wheels are placed on a revolver that guarantees complete automation of the process; the operator has to unload and relead the revolver. With full load, the revolver can handle approximately 65 (250x50nn) wheels. tha machine is controlled by a PLC for the management of each work stage.
