DISPENSING UNIT FOR LOW-VISCOSITY FILLED AND UNFILLED RESINS

Dispensing unit for low-viscosity filled and unfilled resins. Unit handling occurs entirely via vector control of asynchronous motors, and a programming display. Mixing ratio is handled automatically, and it can be modified or reprogrammed. This unit is the best approach in terms of innovation and ease of use. It is also useful for intensive work and demanding applications.

The standard version includes:

board and two G700 displays
Real-time two-vector control of the dosing process
Real-time or timed casting working modes
Gear pumps featuring permanent magnet motor
control, variable ratio from 1:1, 2:1 to 10:1
Max. working viscosity: 70,000 Mpas at 25°C
Static mixing and anti-drop nozzle
Dosing capacity: from 100 to 1500 ml/min at 25°C
