DISPENSING UNIT FOR LOW-VISCOSITY FILLED AND UNFILLED RESINS

Dispensing unit for low-viscosity filled and unfilled resins. With this easy-to-use unit, the operator can change the mixing ratio and dosing speed in a simple and intuitive way. Adjustments are by way of two rotating potentiometers, located on the unit main control board. The mixing head of this unit is equipped with an anti-drop nozzle, thus providing precision and repeatability of dosing shots.

Gear pumps featuring brushless motor control, variable ratio from 1:1, 2:1 to 10:1
Max. working viscosity with gravity feed: 10,000 Mpas at 25°C
Static mixing and anti-drop nozzle
Dosing capacity: from 50 to 500 ml/min at 25°C
Min. dosing capacity: 1ml at 25°C
Two inlet gauges for the control of processing pressure
Translucent plastic 6l tank for resin, for an easy visual check of product level
Translucent plastic tank for hardener, with 0.6, 2.5 or 6l capacity
