CUTTING MACHINE FOR UNMOUNTED WHEELS
Description
This machine automatically cuts flaps for the forming of abrasive cloth wheels on flange; wheel size range
goes from dia. 100mm to 500mm, and from 10 to 200mm in width. This unit cuts and assembles cloth flaps. The flap pack can subsequently be formed onto metal flanges. It is equipped with a multifunction touch screen panel with which the operator can set and store numerous working procedures (recipes).
The working process occurs as follows :
Cloth is unwound and cut into flaps
The flap pack is grooved on the surface, where Hot Melt is applied
The adhesive is cooled with X Air system (-20°C) and the final product is unloaded from the storage unit.
