HYDRAULIC PRESSING MACHINE WITH COMBINED PRESSURE FOR NON-WOVEN ROLLS
Description
This is a machine for the production of abrasive rollers; maximum working sizes are 500mm diameter and 2000mm stan-dard length. This new-concept machine presses the material by means of four hydraulic cylinders placed at the side of the machine, thus improving the final quality of the roller. This system, developed by S.M.A., operates by opposed compression; thanks to it, rollers are more compact and homoge-neous at every step. With the G-Press option, through specific load cells, it is possible to control compression and its repeatabili-ty.
