AUTOMATIC EQUIPMENT FOR SPIRAL BANDS
Description
Machine for the manufacturing of spiral bands.
Every area of the machine is fully automatic. The operator must load the metal bar, and unload the semi-processed band.
Rewinding angle is +/- 22.5 degrees (variable).
Main characteristics:
- 750W servo+absolute resolver for the rewinding of the material around the metal bar
- Glue tank with tubing and dosing head for Epoxy Glue.
- Both the unit for non-abrasive backing and the unit for abrasive cloth each feature:
- linear guide
- 500mm diameter unwinder
- Clamp
- Transversal cutting
