DOSING UNIT FOR 2K ADHESIVES
Dosing unit for 2k resins combined with application area for NW or combined rollers. The dosing unit (DSA) purpose is the transfer of products A and B from containers to a dosing station which, equipped with pumps, proceeds to dose, mix and dispense the required quantity. The mixture is dispensed via a spray nozzle; monitoring of working pressure is consistent. The application area (RIR) is composed of a steel-made main frame featuring linear guides, a unit for roller rotation and a device for tube fixing. The machine is equipped with a PLC (CNC-driven) for the full control of the production cycle. Working recipes can be stored.
