HOT MELT-BASED LAMINATION MACHINE FOR PAPER/CLOTH + FOAM /VELCRO
Description
This is a full automatic machine for the lamination of abrasive cloth and paper to Velcro® or Foam. This piece of equipment is designed to make large quantities of rolls. Handling of the different working units and constant drive of the material is completely automatic, via CNC. The unwinding and rewinding units feature 3″ (76mm) shafts. The rewinding unit is equipped with edge-guide systems for the perfect alignment of the material. Adhesive application is via Hot Melt head dispenser. It is possible to install a printing unit for the printing of the backing at the end of the line, before the rewinding phase.
