SMA-TFDF

Description

SMA-TFDF is the new-generation automatic machine for flap disc production, an evolution of the former SMATFDS and SMA-TFDM projects. Simple and intuitive, this unit features a 360° network connection, maintenance is a piece of cake and easily manageable by non-skilled operators. The main body is made of heavy steel with metal covers on the sides; the brand new cutting head can handle a working speed superior to 30Hz. Simple maintenance. The machine is equipped with a 10” touch screen operator panel, with Ethernet communication. A special R-TEX field bus by Panasonic allows drivers communication at a very high speed.

Max. capacity: 19 pcs/min for 1-flap disc 21 pcs/min for 2-flap disc.

Safety devices include two Siemens Sirius safety unit for direct handling of emergency pushbuttons,
photocell barriers, and RFID sensors placed on every machine door.
