Description

This system is equipped with a 40-position rotary table featuring different workstations and automatic unloading of the glued finished product into a collection box. Machine operated by a single operator with full autonomy.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION
A. The operator manually loads the disc onto the carousel – this is the only manual operation.
B. The disc is then handled by a 40-position rotary table.
C. Adhesive is dispensed using a spiral method, applied via dosing unit
D. Plastic backing pads are automatically selected and placed at the centre of the discs.
E. A continuous rotary press keeps the disc and support compressed for the following positions
