DOSING AND DISPENSING UNIT FOR 2K RESINS

Volumetric proportioning machine that uses eccentric screw pumps; for numerous applications. 200/250kg drums of resin are stored in an insulated box; piston pumps extract the product and transfer it into flux regulators and stabilisers, screw pumps then cast the product. The mixing unit is composed of a head block, made of aluminium, and a double on/off valve. This machine is controlled by a 7” multifunction operator interface that manages dosing parameters, ratio be-tween component A and component B, and dispensing mode of the product. For large-scale production, a buffer rotary table with 8 to 12 workstations can be installed to operate continuously.
