PUMP AREA
The pump group is composed of two top-quality gear motors by MECAM.
3Ph, 0.55kW, 4-pole gear motors with a 125Nm torque.
The gear motor is connected to the dosing pump with a precision coupling.
Pumps are customized as per DMT design. The pump body is made of tempered 430 steel; gears are in special tool steel, wear-resistant.
DOSING HEAD
Featuring a static unit, the head is equipped with drip-free check valve, and central positioning of the output of the catalyser.
The dosing head also features two 7-meter long heated tubes.
Temperature control is via PLC, and range goes from 20°C to 80°C.
The manifold is made of anodized Ergal7075.
The mixing head, placed at the end of the dosing tubes, either can be part of with the robot injector, or it can be positioned in any other position convenient to the operator.
