CUTTING MACHINE FOR ABRASIVE SHEETS
Description
This is an automatic equipment for the cutting of abrasive cloth and paper rolls. This fully automatic machine cuts and neatly stacks the sheets; it consists of a transverse cutting unit that operates with a cup blade. The cutting frequency is very high; it is possible to work with all types of abrasive cloths and papers. This system is supervised by a PLC and an axis control system that has been developed to control the handling kinematics of the servomo-tors that perform the cutting of the material. This piece of equipment can be adapted to work on Master Jumbo rolls, up to 1000kg weight.
