CUTTING MACHINE FOR UNMOUNTED WHEELS
Description
This machine manufactures abrasive cloth wheels with flange, ranging from 165mm to 350mm diameters, and up to a 100mm width. This full automatic machine cuts and applies Hot Melt glue on top of the flap pack. The flap pack is subsequently stored in a unit at the end of the process. It is equipped with a multifunction touch screen panel that can set and store all the operator’s customised programmes.
The working process occurs as follows :
Cloth is unwound and cut into flaps
The flap pack is cut on the surface where Hot Melt glue is applied
The adhesive is cooled with X Air system (-20°C) and the final product is removed from the storage unit.
