Description

Mechanical Structure:
Mixing bowl made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with rounded bottoms and reinforced edges. Pneumatically lifting top cover equipped with a mechanical safety lock during maintenance or material loading. Bowl rotation by gear reducer and manual positioning handwheel. Supporting frame in welded steel with epoxy powder industrial coating.

Mixing System:
Dual independent drive:
Bowl rotation: 1.5 kW motor with vector inverter, adjustable from 0 to 70 rpm (25 kg version).
Blade rotation: 1.5 kW motor with dedicated inverter, adjustable from 0 to 110 rpm.
The blades are designed to ensure a three-dimensional flow of material, preventing accumulation and promoting uniform dispersion of additives.

Control and Automation:
Integrated electrical cabinet compliant with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and CEI EN standards.
Control panel equipped with:
Adjustable work timer.
Potentiometers for independent speed adjustment of bowl and blades.
Status indicator lights and emergency stop buttons.
Provision for a 10” HMI interface for automatic cycle and parameter management (optional).

Safety:
Safety microswitch on cover and inspection doors. Emergency mushroom stop in compliance with EN ISO 13850. Fixed and movable guards made of steel or transparent polycarbonate to ensure visibility of the bowl interior in complete safety.
