Description

SMA-TFDZ is the new-generation automatic machine for flap disc production, an evolution SMA-TFDM / SMA-TFDF projects. Simple and intuitive, this unit features a 360° network connection, maintenance is easily manageable by non-skilled operators. The main body is made of heavy steel with metal covers on the sides. The brand-new cutting head can handle a working speed superior to 30Hz. 15’ HMI operator panel, with Ethernet communication. A special Ethercat field bus by Inovance allows drives’ communication at an extremely high speed.

Safety devices include two Siemens Sirius safety unit for direct handling of emergency pushbuttons, photocell barriers, and RFID sensors placed on every machine door.
