AUTOMATIC FLAP CUTTING MACHINE FOR NON-WOVEN ROLLERS
Description
Automatic machine for the cutting of non-woven fabric. Non-woven rolls are placed on a decoiler and unrolled, then they are dragged to the size required, cut and automatically aligned on a board. This system is ideal for significant productions of non-woven rollers and wheels; also, it is possible to process
rolls of mixed fabrics (with paper and/or cloth). A semi-automatic procedure allows to make mixed wheels with cloth that has been previously cut in sets (classic 3 non-woven flaps + 5 cloth flaps set up). Cutting lengths range from 300 to 2500 mm. A PLC controls the different stages of the process; thanks to a specific operator panel, it is possible to customize every working stage and related settings.
