DISPENSING UNIT FOR MEDIUM-TO-HIGH-VISCOSITY FILLED AND UNFILLED RESINS
Dispensing unit for medium-to-high-viscosity filled and unfilled resins. Unit handling occurs entirely via CNC and HIMI operator interface with an 8” touchscreen panel. Mixing ratio is handled automatically, and it can be modified or re-programmed. The unit can host up to 999 working recipes.
The standard version includes:
IP65 electronic enclosure, with certified control board and a 8” HIMI display
CNC for real-time control of dosing stage
Real-time casting or via working recipe
Gear pumps featuring permanent brushless motor control
Variable ratio from 1:1, 2:1 to 10:1
Max. working viscosity: 500,000 Mpasat 25°C
Static mixing and anti-drop nozzle
Dosing capacity: from 100 to 800 ml/min at 25°C
Min. dosing capacity: 1ml at 25°C
Piston transfer pumps for product direct extraction from original drums
