This complete unit is capable of manufacturing convolute rollers with a maximum width of 1000mm. Process is as follows: material is unrolled, then measured to desired thickness; Afterwards, adhesive is spread, material is rewound, with its drive under constant control, to be finally formed into a roller. It is possible to make rollers with different degrees of hardness .
