OPERATION:
Via gun trigger, the system enables pneumatic cylinders, which are connected to single-acting displacement pumps. Products are then transferred to the mixing head as per predetermined fixed ratio.
The mixing head use plastic mixers without cleaning process.

The standard unit features:

5-10-20 liter pressure tank  for product B

Standard mixing ratio among:

 100/100–100/90 -100/50–100/40–100/30 

 100/27-100/23-100/20–100/15–100/10-90/100

10- 20 liter pressure tank for product A

Max dosing with 100/100 ratio: 110 ml, equivalent to a 1600 ml dispensing with fluid unfilled products

Min dosing: 1.4cc

Max rev per minute: 15-20, depending on viscosity of components

Max viscosity: 150000 cps
