Stop using pails and manual mixing! Machine for the dispensing of filled or unfilled resins. Machine control is entirely cia CNC and an 8′ touch-screen HMI panel. Capacity for 999 working recipes, and interconnectivity with other machines. This unit has been developed specifically for direct infusion; it can consistentle monitor and adjust output pressure of the static/dynamic mixer according to the level of absorption of the infusion line.
The standard unit features:
IP65-certified desk cabinet with 8′ HMI panel
Real -time handling of dosing via CNC
Dispensing either via direct casting or via recipes
Max viscosity with standard pumps: 200000 cps at 25°C, suitable for filled self -extinguishing products
Mixing via static/dynamic mixer and anti-drop mechanism
Dosing capacity: from 0.5 l/m to 8 l/m at 25°C for lo viscosity products ( 250mPas )
Extraction piston pumps to be positioned inside the product drum or IBC
Electronic control and automatic monitoring on input and output pressures of dosing pumps
Dosing gear pumps with brushless motor control and varialble ratio – 1:1 to 2:1. up to 10:1
