AUTOMATIC CUTTING MACHINE FOR SHAFT-MOUNTED FLAP WHEELS
Description
This is a new-concept, full automatic machine for the cutting and radial forming of shaft-mounted flap
wheels in abrasive cloth. The machine cuts a pre-cut roll into flaps of the same height, then positions them in circular shape, to be finally in-serted into a cylindric mould. The process is fully automatic. A CNC controls the electronic department, by interpolation of each axis, thus minimising time wasting and increa-sing hourly productivity. This system can cut 27 20mm wide flaps each second.
