Slitting/rewinding machine for non-woven coils

Pressure cutting is performed via multiblade shaft and counter shaft.
The cutting system is efficient and allows rewinding of the non-woven fabric on one shaft only.
The machine allows quick replacement of the multiblade shaft (3-4 minutes), and a it is PLC-controlled for the handling of working stages. Via operator panel, it is possible to customize working stages and procedures.
S.M.A. can also provide the motorised cutting unit only.

The machine is equipped with only one multiblade shaft with 2000mm cutting width. Separators are 100mm (for production of 100mm wide wheels)
